10/18/2005: "Serenity"

I saw it! I saw it!

And may I just say...AWESOME! And I took my son even though he didn't want to go, just so I could increase ticket sales for Serenity. Yes, I forced my kid to watch a movie. He's a weirdo--he HATES going to movies. Even kid movies. He'd rather wait for them to go to video and then watch them on TV at home.

SO not my kid. I'll just blame it on his father's genes.

So anyway, the movie was great, but I won't go into detail in case you haven't seen it yet. The only thing I'll say is that Joss Whedon doesn't pull punches...and if you are familiar with his other works, you know what I mean.

Now, that's all I'll say about the movie. I need to get back to work on my cleanup post, which is giving me all kinds of problems because of the pictures. But soon I'll have Wordpress, thanks to Steph, her mother, and Emma, and loading pics will no longer be a huge headache. Yay!!!!!!!!!!
