FEBRUARY 2010

Hello, everyone!

Hope you all rang in 2011 with lots of champagne, friends, and good books!

I spent the holidays madly writing to a couple of deadlines, but things are finally settling down!

So, okay...remember how I said that I was going to have an ebook release in November?  Then it got pushed to December?  And then January?  Yeah...well, it's finally here!

Eternity Embraced is now available!  You can find it in Kindle format at Amazon, and in all digital formats at Smashwords. It will also be available in all major ebook retailers, including Barnes & Noble very soon, if it isn't already (sorry, but Smashwords is handling the distribution, so I have no control over when they ship to the retailers.)

A little info about Eternity Embraced:

This is a short novella set in the Demonica world, but it stands alone.  The hero is Kaden, a vampire, who is mentioned in Sin Undone and who appears briefly in the junkyard battle.  This novella was previously published in The Mammoth Book of Vampire Romance but has been expanded for its digital release.

For those who have read it already in the Mammoth book, or those who prefer print and plan to purchase the Mammoth book, don't feel cheated! I've added the extra two chapters as a free read here on my site.  (These are the last two chapters, so if you haven't read the story, don't read them unless you're after spoilers!)

Also, I have a new Facebook page. My old friend page got full, so I'm deactivating it and moving everyone to the fan/reader page.  Just FYI if you're looking for me on Facebook or you find that you're no longer my "friend." Apologies, but I couldn't maintain two pages, and the number of friend requests that I couldn't accept became unmanageable.

In other news, I'm going to be Master of Ceremonies at the upcoming Authors After Dark Event! This is a fabulous conference geared toward readers, and there are dozens of authors attending, all anxious to meet you! There will be parties, panels, food, goodies, and literally hundreds of free books. The price is very reasonable, so if you're in the Philadelphia area (or even if not), you might give it some thought. There will also be a signing open to the public.  For more information, click here.

And now I'll leave you with a pic of the weather here -- this is my crazy hubby standing on top of Lake Michigan. Yes, on top. In the middle of the lake. That's his Coast Guard ship behind him. Insane!

Happy February and happy reading!
